Roasted Cauliflower

grated fresh Parmesan cheese -- optional |
Heat oven to 350°F. Place florets in a large plastic bad. Add olive oil, garlic, and salt. Shake to coat florets evenly. Spray a baking sheet with non-stick oil. Spread cauliflower in a single layer. Bake 25 to 30 minutes turning half way through. If desired sprinkle with cheese and bake for an additional 10 minutes. Makes 4 servings. |
