Roasted Brussels Sprouts

  Brussels sprouts

  balsamic vinegar

Heat oven to 400°F.

Trim ends and any old outer leaves from Brussels sprouts. Slice in half.

Coat in olive oil, garlic, salt, and pepper.

Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake for 30 to 45 minutes turning so they don't burn.

Toss with balsamic vinegar and serve.
