Red Wine Flank Steak

 red wine

 salt

Mix all ingredients except steak together. Pour into a zip lock bag. Add meat. Turn to coat completely. Marinate meat for one hour, turning bag frequently.

Remove meat from marinate and grill or broil to your desired likeness.
