Prosciutto Rolls

  prosciutto -- sliced thin

  ham steak

  ounces

  mozzarella cheese -- fresh and thinly sliced


Take one piece of prosciutto and lay it flat. Be careful not to tear the meat.

Cut mozzarella in thin sliced and lay down the middle of the prosciutto.

Cat a piece of the ham steak thinly and place on top of the mozzarella.

Roll the prosciutto from the short end and fasten with toothpicks.

Broil the rolls for 5 minutes or until prosciutto starts to crisp and cheese starts to melt.
