Potatoes and Bacon

  low sodium cheddar cheese -- shredded

  white wine

Boil potatoes for 15 minutes or until tender. Drain.

Heat large frying pan to medium high. Add bacon and onions and cook until onions turn golden and bacon cooks.

Add potatoes, Italian seasoning, salt, pepper, and wine to bacon mixture. Heat through.

Add cheese and stir until melted.

Makes 6 servings.
