Heat oven to 400°F. Use some of the butter to grease popovers tins or six 6-ounce custard cups. Beat the eggs until light yellow in color. Add the milk to the eggs and mix well. Add flour, salt, and remaining butter. Mix well. Fill the cups and bake for 35 minutes or until golden. Makes 6 servings |
