Peas with Cucumbers

Melt butter in large skillet or wok over medium heat. Add ginger and garlic and cook for 30 seconds. Add peas and cucumbers and cook for 5 minutes or until tender-crisp. Add soy sauce and heat through. Makes 6 servings. |
