  mozzarella cheese -- fresh diced

Make pasta according to package directions.

Heat oil in large skillet over medium. Add garlic and cook until fragrant about 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes and cook for a couple of minutes.

Mix pasta, basil, mozzarella, and tomato mixture together.
