Heat griddle or frying pan to medium. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and lightly grease griddle or frying pan. Mix all ingredients together in a medium bowl and whisk until there are no lumps. Pour a ladle full of batter onto griddle. Cook until sides start to cook and top bubbles. Flip over and cook on second side. Makes 6 large pancakes. |
