Oven Fried Potatoes

 potatoes -- sliced 1/4" thick

 seasoned pepper

 vegetable oil spray

Heat oven to 425F.

Scrub potatoes and cut into 1/4" slices. Pat dry with paper towels.

Combine spices in large Ziploc bag. Add potato slices and shake to coat slices evenly.

Spray a large baking sheet with vegetable oil spray. Arrange potato slices in even layer.

Bake 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned and then turn slices over.

Bake an additional 12 to 15 minutes or until lightly browned on second side.

Makes 6 servings.
