Orange Chocolate Mousse

3   ounces   semisweet chocolate
2   ounces   unsweetened chocolate
3   tablespoons   orange liqueur
1   teaspoon   orange zest
3   whole   eggs -- separated
1/8   teaspoon   cream of tartar
3   tablespoons   sugar
1   cup   light whipped cream
Melt chocolate over hot but not boiling water. Stir in orange liqueur. Remove from heat.

Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until soft peaks form. Add sugar gradually and beat until stiff and glossy.

Beat egg yolks until thick and pale. Add to cooled chocolate mixture.

Fold in egg whites to chocolate mixture.

Beat whipping cream until stiff reserving 1/4 cup for garnish. Fold rest of whipped cream into chocolate mixture. Spoon into individual cups and chill until firm 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

Serve with reserved whipped cream.

NOTES : You can use orange juice in place of the orange liqueur.
