Orange and Ginger Ham Steak

  orange marmalade

  sweet sherry

  teaspoons

  ginger root -- finely minced

Mix marmalade, sherry and ginger together. Spread half on each side of ham.

Heat frying pan to medium and cook until warmed through on both sides.
