Mustard Potatoes and Shallots

  Yukon Gold potatoes -- sliced thin

  shallots -- sliced thin

  unsalted butter

  garlic pepper

  dijon mustard

  water

Slice potatoes and shallots thinly.

Heat butter in large frying pan until melted.

Put 1/3 of the potatoes in a layer, add 1/3 shallots on top, and sprinkle with 1/3 garlic pepper. Repeat layers twice more.

Mix mustard with water and pour over potatoes. Cover and cook on medium for 30 minutes.
