Mustard Glazed Salmon

 Marinade

 low sodium soy sauce

 ginger root -- minced

Mix all the marinade ingredients in a Ziploc bag. Add salmon and massage to make sure all sides are coated. Refrigerate for 1 hour.

Heat broiler.

Broil salmon 4 to 6 minutes per side until fish flakes easily brushing with marinade.
