  mushroom caps -- mixed and sliced

  mushroom caps -- white button sliced

  sweet onion -- minced

  garlic -- minced

  ginger root -- minced

  unsalted butter

  tablespoons

  low sodium soy sauce

Heat butter in frying pan. Add mushrooms and onion. Cook until mushrooms and onion soften and start to brown.

Add garlic and ginger and cook for 30 seconds.

Add soy sauce and stir to coat.


Notes: Use the exotic mushrooms for this dish. I use a combination of shitake, baby bella, and yellow oyster.
