Moroccan Spiced Lamb Chops

  lamb chops -- lean

  olive oil

  garlic -- minced fine

  Middle Eastern spice mix -- see recipe

Mix spice mix and garlic and rub all over lamb chops.

In a large skillet heat oil to medium-high. Add chops and cook turning once for about 6 minutes for medium rare.
