Montana Spaghetti

  grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Make spaghetti according to package directions and drain.

Heat oil in large skillet. Add shallots and cook for a couple minutes until softened.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add tomatoes, red pepper, and olives. Cook for a couple of minutes.

Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and cheese and mix together.

Add spaghetti and stir to mix.
