In a small bowl mix tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, Italian seasoning and crushed red pepper. Split the muffins into 2 slices. Spread 1 tablespoon of the sauce mixture, top with pepperoni, and sprinkle with cheese. Toast in a toaster oven set to medium to dark and heat until cheese melts. Makes 24. |
