Marinated Vegetable Salad

  Dressing

  red wine vinegar

Mix dressing ingredients together.

Put all the salad ingredients in a bowl. Pour dressing over vegetables and stir to coat completely.

Cover and refrigerate for at least an hour or overnight.

Drain and serve.
