Maple-Mustard Ham Steak

Dijon mustard |
In a small bowl mix sherry, maple syrup, cloves, ginger, brown sugar, and Dijon. Heat a frying pan to medium and melt butter. Pour half of the glaze over ham steak and turn glaze side down in the frying pan. Pour the rest of the glaze over the top of the ham steak. Brown the ham steak. Turn over and brown the other side. Remove ham steak from pan and put on platter. Pour remaining sauce in a small bowl. Serve ham with sauce poured over or on the side. Makes 4 Servings. |
