Maple Brown Sugar Ham and Sweet Potatoes with Cranberries

  golden raisins

  sweet sherry

  maple syrup -- divided

Heat oven to 350²F.

Soak raisins and cranberries in sherry for 15 minutes.

Mix Dijon, cloves, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, and 2 tablespoons brown sugar together. Spread on ham. Place ham in baking dish.

Drain cranberries and raisins and mix with sliced sweet potatoes. Place around the ham.

Mix reserved sherry, remaining brown sugar, remaining maple syrup, and cinnamon together. Pour over vegetables.

Cover baking dish and bake for 60 minutes.
