Magic Fudge Truffles

Amount   Measure   Ingredient -- Preparation Method

6   ounces   semisweet chocolate
1/3   cup   sweetened condensed milk
1   pinch   salt
1/2   teaspoon   vanilla extract
1/4   cup   pecans -- minced
1/4   cup   baking chocolate
Melt chocolate in a double boiler.

Remove from heat and add milk, salt, vanilla, and pecans. Stir until smooth.

Roll the fudge mixture into balls and roll in the chocolate.

Cool until firm.
