Luscious Rice Pudding

fat-free evaporated milk |
Soak raisins in sherry for 15 minutes. |
Add half of the flour. Mix thoroughly. Add rest of flour. |
Heat milk to boiling. Add rice and remove from heat. Cover and let stand five minutes. |
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Return to heat and heat to boiling. Stirring constantly cook until thickened. |
