Luscious Rice Pudding

 golden seedless raisins

 sherry

 fat-free evaporated milk

Soak raisins in sherry for 15 minutes.
Add half of the flour. Mix thoroughly. Add rest of flour.
Heat milk to boiling. Add rice and remove from heat. Cover and let stand five minutes.
Add rest of ingredients and mix well. Return to heat and heat to boiling. Stirring constantly cook until thickened.
Makes 4 servings.
