Kicked Up Salmon Patties

  sweet pickle relish

  seasoned salt

  lemon pepper

  teaspoon

  low sodium Worcestershire sauce

  Parmesan cheese -- shredded

Mix everything together and form into 4 patties.

Chill for 30 minutes.

Heat oven to 350F.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Notes: These can be fried instead of baking but baking eliminates the fishy smell and is healthier.
