| Place nuts in a sealable jar and pour bourbon over them. Seal and allow to soak over night. Mix the butter, salt, and sugar together until combined. Fold in nuts. Form into 3/4 inch balls and refrigerate overnight. Line a tray with waxed paper. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler over simmering water. Roll balls in the chocolate to coat and arrange on tray. Store in refrigerator until ready to store. Makes 36 servings |
