  green onions -- thinly sliced

  low sodium beef broth

  chili sauce -- see recipe

  seasoned pepper

  green beans -- sliced

Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a skillet. Add meat ad cook until desired doneness. Remove from pan.

Add remaining tablespoon of butter and sauté green onions until soft but not brown. Remove from pan.

Add broth to pan and scrape up browned bits.. Add chili sauce and green beans and warm through.

Add meat and onions back to pan along with salt and pepper. Warm through.
