I Wanted Chinese Noodles

  Chinese noodles -- cooked and drained

  vegetable oil

  clove

  garlic -- minced

  ginger root -- minced

  green onions -- sliced and divided into white and green parts

  extra lean ham -- diced

  Sauce

  brown sugar -- packed

  teaspoon

  Tiger Sauce -- or other chili sauce

  low sodium soy sauce

  tablespoon

  sherry

  teaspoon

  rice wine vinegar

  teaspoon

  sesame oil

Heat wok or large frying pan to medium high. Add oil and swirl to coat sides.

Add ginger, garlic, and white parts of onion. Cook for 30 seconds.

Add ham and cook until warmed through.

Add noodles and cook until warmed through.

Stir sauce to combine. Push noodles to side and pour sauce into middle of wok. Heat until boiling.

Add green part of onions and stir to coat everything.
