  Italian Five Cheese -- shredded

Heat oven to 400°F.

Spray 2 pizza pans with vegetable spray.

Mix tomatoes, tomato sauce, tomato paste, onion, garlic, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, Italian seasoning, and olives together.

Brown sausage in skillet and drain on paper towels.

Spread half the sauce on each pizza dough.

Divide the sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, and red peppers.

Cover each pizza with half the cheese.

Bake 18 to 20 minutes.
