Italian Cheeseburger Casserole - Vegetarian

In a large frying pan cook crumbles, onions and garlic until vegetables are softened. Drain. 
Combine with the rest of the ingredients in a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix thoroughly. 

Cover and bake in a 350°F oven for 30 minutes.
