  green onions -- sliced into 1 inch pieces

  low sodium soy sauce

  ground cinnamon

  ground nutmeg

  garlic powder

  celery seed

  cayenne pepper

Pound meat until it is about 1/2 inch thick.

Mix flour, salt, and pepper together and dredge meat in it.

Heat oil in large skillet and brown meat on both sides.

Mix wine, soy sauce, ginger, cinnamon, nutmeg, garlic powder, celery seed, and cayenne pepper together.

Add 2/3 of onions and mushrooms to pan. Pour wine mixture over it. Bring to a simmer.

Cover and cook for an 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat is tender.

Add remaining onions and cook covered for 5 minutes.

To serve spoon sauce and vegetables over meat.
