Heat oven to 350°F. Cream butter, honey, and sugar together. Add Peanut butter and salt. Stir in flour and baking soda. Form into walnut size balls. On a greased cookie sheet place 12 balls of cookie dough. Press top with a fork to make a grid. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Makes 48 cookies |
