Herbed Beer Bread

  Parmesan cheese -- grated

  beer -- room temperature

  vegetable cooking spray


Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and cheese in a large bowl.

Stir in the beer until a stiff batter forms.

Pour into a greased 9x6 inch loaf pan.

Bake 60 to 65 minutes until golden and a toothpick inserted in middle comes clean.

Notes:  Use a regular beer such as Budweiser.
