Ham and Asparagus Stir Fry

Break off tough ends of asparagus and slice on the diagonal into one inch pieces. |
Add oil to hot wok or fry pan. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for one minutes. |
Add asparagus and stir fry for two minutes. |
Add mushrooms and ham. Stir fry for one minutes. |
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry and five spice powder. Stir to coat vegetable and ham mixture. Stir fry for one minute.
