Ham and Asparagus Stir Fry

Break off tough ends of asparagus and slice on the diagonal into one inch pieces.
Add oil to hot wok or fry pan. Add shallots, garlic and ginger. Stir fry for one minutes.
Add asparagus and stir fry for two minutes.
Add mushrooms and ham. Stir fry for one minutes.
Add soy sauce, hoisin sauce, sherry and five spice powder. Stir to coat vegetable and ham mixture. Stir fry for one minute.
