Heat oven to 375°F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Soak bread in egg and red wine. Add lamb, garlic, onion, oregano, and mint to bread mixture. Gently mix. In a plate mix flour, salt, and pepper. Lightly roll meatballs in mixture. Place meatballs on baking sheet and bake for about 40 minutes turning meatballs half way through. NOTES : If you want you can fry the meatballs in batches in olive oil. Makes 6 servings. |
