Great Cinnamon Rolls

In large bowl mix 2 cups of flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.

Heat milk to 120F to 130F. Add the warm milk, butter, and egg to yeast mixture until it is moistened.

Stir in flour 1/2 cup at a time and mix until soft dough forms that leaves the sides of the bowl.

Either turn out dough on floured bowl and knead for about 5 minutes or use a stand mixer and dough hook and knead the dough until it is smooth and elastic.

Spray large bowl with vegetable oil spray and put bread in bowl turning to grease all sides of dough. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise until dough has doubled in size.

In small bowl mix the brown sugar and cinnamon. Spray a 13x9 inch pan with vegetable oil spray.

On floured surface roll out the dough into a 15x10 inch rectangle.

Spread butter on dough and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.

Roll up dough tightly from long edge. Pinch edge of dough together and pull roll until it is 15 inches long.

Cut dough into 15 one inch pieces and place rolls slightly apart in prepared pan. Cover loosely with plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size.

Heat oven to 350F. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.

Remove from pan and let cool 5 minutes.

Mix glaze ingredients together in small bowl and spread over warn buns.
