Crush the cookies in a food processor. Reserve 1/4 cup. Add butter and mix until moistened. Spread the moistened cookie crumbs in a 9 inch pie pan spreading evenly across bottom and up the sides. Mix the marshmallow fluff, food coloring, crème de menthe, and crème de cocoa together until light and fluffy. Whip the cream until soft peaks form. Fold into marshmallow mixture. Spread filling in pie crust and sprinkle with reserved cookie crumbs. Freeze for several hours. Makes 8 servings |
