Glazed Carrots

Heat water to boiling. Add carrots and cook until tender crisp about 10 to 15 minutes. Drain.

Add brown sugar, maple syrup, lemon juice, salt, and lemon zest to saucepan. Cook until sugar melts.

Add carrots and stir to coat completely. Cook 3 to 5 minutes or until well glazed and tender.

Makes 6 servings.
