Garlic Shrimp

  shrimp -- peeled and deveined

  unsalted butter

  garlic -- minced

  parsley -- chopped

  fresh lemon juice

  salt

Sprinkle salt over shrimp and mix until coated. Let set 15 minutes at room temperature.

Melt butter in large skillet on medium until butter stops foaming, about 45 seconds.

Add shrimp and garlic to butter turning frequently until shrimp just turn pink about 5 minutes.

Remove shrimp from pan and add parsley and lemon juice to butter mixing well.

Makes 6 servings.
