Garlic Potatoes

  Yukon Gold potatoes -- cubed

  unsalted butter

  cloves

  garlic -- minced fine

  teaspoon

  salt

  dried rosemary -- crushed

Microwave potatoes in bowl covered with plastic wrap for 8 minutes or boil for 15 minutes.

While potatoes are cooking melt butter in small saucepan. Add garlic and rosemary. Cook until garlic starts to soften.

Pour butter mixture over potatoes and toss to coat.

Makes 6 servings.
