  low sodium Worcestershire sauce

Heat oven to 350°F.

In a heavy skillet brown lamb. Pour off excess fat.

Add onion, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, beef broth, salt, and pepper. Heat through.

Roll out pastry to 1/8 inch thick. Cut out 6 inch circles.

Put 1/2 cup meat mixture on half of circle and fold over crimping edges to seal.

Cut a couple slits in top and place on baking sheet.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown.
