Focaccia with Onions and Ham

Brush cookie sheet with 1 tablespoon olive oil. Spread the dough over sheet. Cover and let rise. Add 1 tablespoon olive oil to hot frying pan. Add onions and Italian seasoning. Cook until onions are soft and caramelized. Spread onion mixture over bread. Sprinkle ham over onions. Sprinkle cheeseover ham. Bake in a 400°F oven for 20 minutes. Makes 12 servings. |
