  balsamic vinegar

  fresh basil

  grated fresh Parmesan cheese

Cook bacon, mushrooms, and shallots in large frying pan or skillet under the bacon starts to crisp and the mushrooms and shallots brown.

Add garlic and cook for 30 seconds.

Add tomatoes, red pepper, and olives. Cook for 2 tom 3 minutes.

Add salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and white wine. Cook until liquid starts to evaporate.

Add olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and basil. Heat through.

Add butter to pasta and stir to melt.

Serve sauce over pasta and topped with cheese.
