fettuccine -- cooked

fat-free sour cream

Italian six cheese

tablespoons 

chives -- finely minced

tablespoon 

butter

Cook fettuccine until al dente. Drain. Toss with butter.
Put sour cream in a small saucepan. Add cheese and stir until it melts. Pour over pasta and add chives. Toss until well coated.
To keep the pasta from clumping together after you serve it make sure the bowls or plates you serve it in are warm.
