English Peas and Pearl Onions

  unsalted butter

If using fresh peas and onion place them in boiling water and reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.

If using frozen peas and onions place them in boiling water and reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

Melt butter in small saucepan. Add salt, pepper, and dill.

Drain peas and corn and toss with butter.

Makes 6 servings.
