  Dr. Pepper Sauce see recipe

  water

Heat oven to 350°F.

Mix the dried spices together and rub on both sides of the ribs.

Place ribs on a broiler or racked pan large enough to spread out the ribs single file. Add 1/2 cup Dr. Pepper and 1/2 cup of water to the pan.

Bake for 1-1/2 hours.

Raise heat to 425°F.

Brush ribs with the Dr. Pepper sauce. Bake for 15 minutes.

Turn the ribs over and brush with the sauce. Bake for 15 minutes.
