Divinity Fudge

2 1/2   cups   sugar
1/2   cup  light corn syrup
1/2   cup   water
2   large   egg whites
1   teaspoon   vanilla extract
In 2 quart saucepan combine sugar, corn syrup, and water. Heat until 260°F.

Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form while heating the sugar mixture.

Slowly add syrup mixture in a slow but steady stream to the egg white beating constantly until mixture starts to lose the glossy appearance.

Add vanilla.

Drop onto wax paper or parchment paper and let cool.
