Beat eggs, sugar, milk, cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract together until fully combined. Heat skillet or griddle on medium-low until hot. Add butter. Place bread slices one at a time in egg solution and let soak up for a few seconds per side. Fry one at a time until both sides are golden brown. Makes 6 servings |
