Heat oven to 400°F. Bake pie crust for 10 minutes. Let cool. Mix sugar, eggs, milk, vanilla, and salt together. Pour into crust. Sprinkle nutmeg on top of filling. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes clean. Cool on rack. NOTES : If edges of crust start to get too brown cover with aluminum foil or a pie crust cover.
