Cream Puffs

1   cup   water
1/2   cup   unsalted butter
1/4   teaspoon   salt
1   teaspoon   sugar
1   cup   all-purpose flour
4   large   eggs
  vegetable oil spray
Heat oven to 400°F. Lightly spray a cookie sheet.

In a 3 quart sauce pan bring water, salt, sugar, and butter to a roiling boil.

Add flour and stir until it forms a ball and leaves the side of the pan.

Add eggs all at once and stir until smooth

Using a scant 1/4 cup measure put on baking sheet about 3 inches a part.

Bake for 30 minutes.

Cut slash through middle and cool on rack.
