Mix milk, egg white, coconut, chocolate chips, almond extract and flour
together. Drop by teaspoonfuls on a well greased baking sheet. Press slivered almonds into top of cookie. Bake at 350°F for 12 minutes or until cookie is lightly browned. Remove from sheet immediately and cool on a rack or waxed paper. Makes 65 cookies |
